1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is IT-Serwis.online, based in Krakow, Poland (VAT ID: ___ ___ __ __). For any data-related questions, contact us at kontakt@it-serwis.online.
2. Scope and purpose of processing
We only process the data you submit through the contact form: full name, email address, optionally phone number, subject and message. The data is used for one purpose — to reply to your enquiry and possibly send you an offer. We do not use it for marketing, do not profile users, and never sell it.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data retention
We keep contact-form correspondence for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless we begin a working relationship — in which case we follow contractual and bookkeeping retention periods. Server logs (IP addresses) are removed after 30 days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal). You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
6. Data recipients
Your data is stored on our own server in Poland. We do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area. We use a minimum of third parties — only the server hosting provider, under a data processing agreement.
7. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for marketing or analytics. We only set a technical cookie storing the selected language (PL/EN), which you can clear in your browser settings at any time. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any other tracking tools.
8. Security
We use HTTPS (TLS) encryption, anti-spam protections (honeypot, rate-limit), regular updates and off-site backups. Passwords and sensitive data are stored according to industry best practices.
9. Policy changes
If we make material changes to how we process data, we'll update this policy and — where reasonably possible — let you know on our next contact.
